The Island is the appellation of a collaborative project between S. Howe and Mike Watt. 'The 3 2s & 2 3s' extended-play is their second production since 2010's 'Channels.' Written over the course of three months, the fall of 2018, the album is a mutual projection of intransigence, unruliness and friendship.
