First Curse

'First Curse' is Sjoerd Nieuwkoop's first personal take on electronic punk music. During all the years of playing guitars within numerous punk bands, the electronic music side always kept a safe outlet between the bedroom walls. Now finally these first experiments are seeing the sunlight thanks to record label Geertruida. Expect a blend of electric guitars, digital drums and mono synthesizers. Musically inspired by '80s wave and loads of lo-fi Eastern European and Russian punk music. Think bands like Ploho, The End of Electronics, Deux, Solid Space and The Kvb.
