Following the third successful Quintet Jazz Festival in San Remo (1958), Walter Guertler, president of Saar, became convinced that it was time to make an album dedicated to the Californian genre. For that occasion the band was comprised of Oscar Valdambrini, Gianni Basso, Renato Sellani, Azzolini Giorgio and Gianni Cazzola. Now this excellent music is back on vinyl!
