'A HISTORY OF AMERICAN DANCE MUSIC CULTURE 1970-1979 PART 1' - Author and party organiser Tim Lawrence started to host Loft-style Lucky Cloud Sound System parties with David Manusco from the legendary New York City Loft. Then he published the first of three published three pioneering histories that have excavated and championed the previously overlooked foundations of contemporary party culture.
