Kasim Sulton is best known for his work with Utopia, but he's also toured with a.o. Blue Öyster Cult, Meat Loaf, Hall & Oates, Cheap Trick, Patti Smyth and Richie Sambora, among many other artists. First issued in 2017, 'Live Bootleg' was recorded in 2015 at The Cutting Room in NYC and Hotel Utah in San Francisco. The album is raw, gritty and full of really great live music that is a mix of songs with a full band and then stripped down with some songs just acoustic. Many of the songs on this live album are from Kasim's 2014 release '3', but there are a few others including a rendition of Utopia's only significant hit, 1980s 'Set Me Free'.
