Subterranean Masquerade has transformed into an exciting, colorful live act, mixing the traditions of heavy metal together with the aesthetics of world music performance, spiritual punk and pure rock 'n' roll. The band comes with its new lineup - a collective of musicians from Israel's prog scene - and the spearheads of Israeli progressive oriental metal are back with their most diverse album. On 'Mountain Fever' the band continues pushing the balance between pioneering experimentalism on modern pop and Middle Eastern culture. Revealing an album comprised of African and Balkan brass sections, Arabic violins, exotic vocal techniques and several special guest appearances.
