Behind the project is Pieter Hendriks, a veteran of the punk/hardcore scene who turned inward, recording alone in a forest caravan in Germany's Eifel region. His gravelly voice and stark songwriting reflect themes of isolation, despair, and slow-burning hope. With echoes of Wovenhand, Mark Lanegan, and Nick Cave, the album channels a solitary intensity_crafted in silence, performed with dramatic weight. Released on Lay Bare Recordings.
