Spheres Of Time

Solanum was founded by B.S. back in 1997 after Depressive Silence split up. Compared to Depressive Silence Solanum's concept is more cosmic and its sound has a different, rather uplifting and more futuristic atmosphere, but like Depressive Silence the Solanum demos are genre classics and provided a considerable influence for later dungeon synth and cosmic black metal projects. So it is a great honour for Northern Silence to be able to reissue both Solanum demos, remastered for optimal sound, and for the first time ever with exclusive artworks by master artist David Thiérée.
