The 1996 debut-LP by this unique metal-industrial band from Russia sees a welcome reissue. Sobaki Tabaka (which translates to "Tapaka Dogs") was founded by guitarist and singer Robert Ostrolutski, who previously was a member of the highly rated metal-funk unit Crownear. However, for Sobaki Tabaki's material he was mainly influenced by a.o. Coil, Throbbing Gristle, Einstürzende Neubauten and Brian Eno's ambient works.
