Joshua Horsley and Carl Brown deliver the first Powders album, 'Concede To Circumstance'. What began as sample-heavy collage music in 2018, slowly shifted as the pair crafted new live sets to embrace classical and noise music, always treated with an experimental spirit and minimalist sleight. 'Concede To Circumstance' is a refining of these ideas, a distillation of sounds and feelings, boiled down to a highly concentrated tincture made from extracts of live shows, film scores, jams and sketches.
