Eskalation

The two members Jürgen Schips and Matthias Günzler are not newcomers to the scene; left their mark with the band Darc Entries back in the '90s. While Darc Entries was still a goth rock band, Plastikstrom switched to electronic sounds. 'Eskalation' offers a nicely balanced mix of minimal electronics and dark aggressive sounds. The dark electro origins in '90s style are there, but always combined with other influences like darkwave, EBM and electro punk, completed with experimental sounds and rhythms.
