Immaturity

Erik Nervous (a.k.a. Erik Hart to his folks) has produced at least an E.P. a year since 2015. His songs reveal influences from an eclectic range of sources, including the classic UK post-punk of Swell Maps, Wire, The Fall and Gang Of Four, their US counterparts Devo and Talking Heads, also R Stevie Moore and certainly the groovy kosmische of Can, as well as Steve Reich's classical minimalism, plus a healthy bit of Moondog. Here presented on vinyl, his 2023 album 'Immaturity' contains 12 appealing tracks.
