In 1973, Vietnam veteran Bill Homans, known in the blues world as Watermelon Slim, recorded an obscure anti-war protest album (together with his brother and a couple of friends) using the one-off moniker of Merry Airbrakes. That stunning collection of psychedelic folk-blues music through the years became a sought after collectors' item. For those who can't find (or afford) a super rare original copy (only very few were pressed at the time), here's a fine reissue!
