USA import. Exact repro vinyl reissue of this '72 solo LP by the former vocalist of the splendid psych-blues outfit Fear Itself. The tracklist includes three tracks written by Ellen, plus covers of songs by Jimi Hendrix, Jack Bruce & Pete Brown, Steve Winwood, Bobbie Gentry, Isaac Hayes a.o. The first side of the album contains songs that were recorded live at The Bitter End in New York City, while side two of the record is made up of studio recordings. The music is semi-acoustic and more folk orientated than Fear Itself.
