Magic Source is the all-star group from producer Björn Wagner (Bacao Rhythm & Steel Band, The Mighty Mocambos) and creates here a hypnotic four-on-the-floor sound that is both earthy and spaced out and all their own. Recorded on analogue tape with vintage gear, the crew explores the sound of lost tropical disco records, cinematic flavors from library soundtracks and a healthy dose of DIY garage funk rawness. Includes a cover version of 'Genius Of Love', originally recorded by the Tom Tom Club.
