Musically, this time around, PETER SAGAR has traded in his guitar for synthesizers and a drum machine, developing vocal arrangements from the loops he created for his solo set. He pulled influences from house pioneers such as Chipe E and Mr. Fingers as well as Japanese pop starlets Chiemi Manabe, slowing down the tempo with his own homemade drowsiness. LP with download.
