On March 20, 1977 Steve Hillage gave a concert at the Otto Hahn School in Bensberg as part of the 'L' tour, which was recorded by WDR and broadcast a little later on Rockpalast on German television. Steve Hillage was on the road with a band that he had put together especially for the tour. Featuring Jethro Tull's Clive Bunker (drums), Camel bassist Colin Bass and Phil Hodge and Basil Brooks (Gong, Zorch) support Hillage's partner Miquette Giraudy on keyboards.
