A lifelong expatriate, Bana Haffar was born in Saudi Arabia and spent much of her childhood abroad. Through her switch from electric bass and classical violin to modular synthesizers, Bana explores sonic disintegration and coalescence into synthesized experiences. The album was recorded in May 2019 in Brussels.
