American country rock quartet FOOLS GOLD originally was the backing band for DAN FOGELBERG. This album was recorded for Arista Records in 1976, with half of the material produced by Glyn Johns (a.o. Rolling Stones) and the other half by Glenn Frey (The Eagles). Playing on this long lost country rock classic are JOE WALSH, GLENN FREY and DON FELDER, so the distinct Californian/Eagles sound is eaasily explained. Genre fans should definitely get this CD-reissue.
