Credited to Ron Banks & The Dramatics, this is their first album for ABC, after a number of classic LP's for Stax/Volt. The songs are a mixture of -at times pretty tough- soul ballads (like in their earlier days) and funky tracks. Highlights include 'I'm Trying To Get Over You' (one of the best Dramatics tracks ever!), the emotional 'Me Myself And I', and a live cover of Billy Paul's 'Me And Mrs. Jones', which also was a huge hit for Banks & co.
