'Cosmo Jimmy' was a new wave/power pop band from New Jersey that recorded a great XTC and Stones-influenced album in 1987. Despite making it all the way to test pressings, the album at the time didn't the light of day. Now, 36 years later, 'Under That Dress' (which was produced by Tommy Marolda, who had also worked with a.o. The TOMS, Richie Sambora and The Smithereens) finally makes its first ever appearance on vinyl!
