Yellow River

US import vinyl reissue with reproduced artwork and labels. This UK band, formed around the songwriting talents of Jeff Christie, scored a huge international hit with the title track from their 1970 LP, 'Yellow River'. The single was originally recorded by The Tremoloes, but they refused to release it as a single. Epic then took the Tremeloes' version and replaced the vocals by the voice of Jeff Christie himself.
