Banshee's 2020 EP 'Living In A Dream' feels like a neon-lit ride through haunted cityscapes. Refracted utopian visions wilfully conceal the underlying gloom, but after finding temporary relief in the clouds, unfulfilled wishes and fragile fantasies soon dissolve into nightmares and psychic terror, with recursive voices hinting at re-lived trauma creeping through inner worlds like the hand of Freddy Krueger.
