Phil Collins' second solo album, 'Hello, I Must Be Going!', was released in November 1982. On December 8 that year, Phil performed at Philadelphia's Tower Theater, where he put on one of the tour's very finest shows. And while no tracks from the Genesis back catalogue were performed, he did end the set with a superb version of Brand X's '...And So To F'. Recorded for live FM broadcast across the US, the Tower Theater show is now available for the first time on vinyl on this 2LP set.
