This combined CD and DVD release features audio and footage of Nico's final live performance, which took place in Berlin as part of the city's 1988 European Capital Of Culture festivities. The show was billed as 'Fata Morgana - Wüstenklänge Im Planetarium' (meaning 'Fata Morgana - Desert Sounds In The Planetarium'). Nico would sadly pass away only few weeks later, while on vacation in Ibiza.
