The Londoners/the Knack
Two raving mid-'60s bands, both featuring Three Man Army/Gun guitarist Paul Gurvitz. They backed-up Gene Vincent for a while, releasing "That's My Desire' on the German Star Club label. Between 1965 and 1967 they released half a dozen of singles for Decca. 14 beat/mod nuggets and a previously unreleased rendition of 'Back In The USA.' Coming with vintage pictures and liner notes. And nobody fills out a Union Jack tanktop quite like cover model Julie Meadows.
