Yusef Lateef's quartet caught live in Germany on October 20, 1971. The LP presents Lateef (on tenor sax, flute and oboe) leading a classy quartet featuring Kenny Barron on Piano, Bob Cunningham on Bass and master Albert "Toothie" Heath on drums. This delivery isn't much in Lateef's etno-world trip. Instead there are just tons of solid grooves and waves of blue notes, a timeless formula to be enjoyed unreservedly!
