A little over a year since Kurt Cobain's death, Courtney Love and Hole performed for the sixth season of MTV's 'Unplugged'. Playing a varied selection of tunes from the band's two albums available at that time, alongside a couple of choice covers such as Duran Duran's 'Hungry Like The Wolf' and The Crystals' somewhat disturbing 'He Hit Me (And It Felt Like A Kiss)', this acoustic show, available in full on this vinyl release for the first time, remains among the most interesting and dynamic that Courtney and her cohorts performed during their golden years.
