Although The Belairs' official output at the time was very limited, the band was essential in the birth of surf music. During its short life span (1960-1963) the combo spawned an influential musical legacy, paved the way for many other surf bands and its members would later re-emerge with other famous outfits such as The Standells, Eddie & The Showmen and The Challengers. This LP contains the 1961 hit 'Mr. Moto' plus other studio and home recordings by these true pioneers of the California myth. The LP includes a free CD with 12 bonus tracks!
