'Seven Bridges Road', the sophomore full-length by Nashville-based country music outsider Steve Young, was released on three different occasions, in 1972, 1973 and 1981 (by Reprise, Blue Canyon and Rounder respectively). Each edition's tracklist showed slight differences, which didn't make things any easier for the fans. This CD-reissue offers all the 19 tracks from the album's three versions, and adds a further two cuts, recorded as a Reprise single in 1970 in LA, with Ry Cooder co-producing and providing some vintage slide guitar and dobro. Sleeve notes are included.
