Wilson Simonal de Castro was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1939. He was a hugely successful artist throughout the 1960s and '70s, during which time he recorded 20 albums. Here he covers two Jorge Ben penned songs, 'Silva Lenheira' and 'Zazueira'. They're taken from the albums 'Allegria! Allegria? Volume 2' and 'Allegria! Allegria? Volume 3' respectively. Both songs are previously unreleased on 7-inch.
