THE POP TOPS were a Spanish band that enjoyed a huge international hit in the early '70s with 'Mamy Blue'. They were influenced by baroque and classical '60s pop, soft psych, prog and soul. Their '71 album, here reissued on CD, includes 'Mamy Blue' and 'Suzanne Suzanne', which also was a single and a minor hit in various countries.
