Some will know this moment: suddenly everything is clear. When Lulu (Electric Moon) and Oli (ex-Urlaub in Polen) bump into each other at a concert in the legendary Vortex Surfer music club in Siegen, they both know that same evening: We are a band. They tell Falko, who has just destroyed the club with his instrumental post-metal band Sarkh. Just a few months later, the first songs were arranged during the first rehearsals - fragments of poetry and word play written by Oli, melodic
lines and ideas that were taken up by the band and subsidized and refined on the respective instruments. The debut 'White Clouds' was created in less than a year - recorded, mixed and mastered in Falko's underground recording studio Institut Für
Angewandten Krach. During that time, the band attends one of the last concerts of the wonderful noise post-math rock band Shellac in Amsterdam. All three are equally deeply impressed and moved by this show and incorporate Steve Albini's spirit into their debut, which they ultimately dedicated to him. Added to this is their very own drift - pain and hope, the unconditional will of rock'n'roll, depth and steep flight, highly dynamic, playful, hypnotic-driving passages and repeated melodies with resonance, as well as the connection between the three musicians, promise a debut and live concerts with a yeah factor.

This album collects the complete set of the band's preserved recordings from 1972-1973, recorded at four radio sessions.
For those who don't know Stress's music, we'll inform you that it was the first real Polish power trio. The band played a raw and quite dark type of rock, characterized by heavy but catchy riffs, brilliant guitar solos, dynamic drumming and a monumental bass sound. Stress also didn't shy away from sound experiments (like playing a tape backwards) and expanding their instrumentation with a flute, vibraphone and violin. It's hard to believe that in the PR studio in Poznan, this almost completely forgotten band recorded truly fantastic material, standing on a European level, which beats most of the highly overrated recordings of the then aces of Polish rock. The material has been remastered straight from the master tapes and sounds great, the cover was decorated with photos from the Stress archive, and the CD is released in a fold-out, laminated card sleeve, which is a faithful replica of the identical vinyl release additionally a special envelope for the CD with photos of the band.

After the disbandment of the most iconic guitar group of all time, The Shadows, in 1970, its two leading members, Hank Marvin and Bruce Welch, joined forces with Australian musician John Farrar to form the trio - Marvin, Welch & Farrar.
In this lineup, they offered something entirely different from what their fans were accustomed to: a meticulously harmonized, melodic, and sophisticated brand of folk-rock heavily influenced by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. Undoubtedly, this was the most ambitious and artistically intriguing project involving members of The Shadows, yet, as often happens with such ventures, it failed to achieve the popularity it truly deserved. Between 1971 and 1972, the trio released two LPs and three singles. However, it has since come to light that they left behind much more material, some of which is featured on this CD, making it a significant addition to the band's discography. The CD is filled with live recordings from 1971-1972. The compilation has been curated to ensure that no track appears more than once on the album. It appears that all recordings were sourced from audience tapes, as no professionally preserved live recordings of the band are known to exist. However, at least half of the album boasts very decent sound quality. Notably, a significant portion of the setlist features songs from The Shadows' repertoire.
All tracks have been meticulously remastered, with speed adjustments and rebalancing of instrumental parts where feasible. The release comes in a laminated, fold-out card sleeve with a special disc envelope.

'No I Jak Tu Nie Sluchac Piosenek Starszych Panów Vol. 2' is a release by Kabaret Starszych Panów (Elderly Gentlemen's Cabaret), a renowned Polish satirical TV cabaret that aired from the late 1950s to the mid-1960s. The cabaret was created and led by composer Jerzy Wasowski and writer Jeremi Przybora, who portrayed two bourgeois gentlemen navigating the changing realities of the People's Republic of Poland.
