These recordings, which were laid down especially for the USA radio stations WFMU and WGXC, will melt your speakers and your mind. Released on the ever excellent Feeding Tube Records (USA) and Cardinal Fuzz (UK). Bhajan Bhoy (aka Ajay Saggar) symbolises boundless creative freedom in all the music he has produced to date. This LP is no exception to that rule... in fact, this album showcases an even wider spectrum of sounds and ideas than could ever be imagined. From heavy lysergic guitar excursions, to dub inflected guitar pedal pop, to nu-age minimalism, to electronic experimentalism... all the terms and descriptions in the world don't do justice to the originality that lies within. When USA radio station WFMU asked Ajay to contribute tracks to a session for the show 'Feelings' (co-hosted by Michele and Creamo Coyl), he turned in 5 tracks that received tremendous feedback from around the world on the station's live chatline when broadcast. In addition, a session for WGXC further showcased the songwriting talent of Ajay. The ensuing 3 week tour of the USA cemented Bhjamn Bhoy's status as one of the most innovative musicians around. This LP marks another giant leap forward in Bhajan Bhoy's musical development. He's brimming with ideas and the imagination runs wild. Incredible circumstances land the Dead in France playing for free outside a Chateau once inhabited by Chopin to about 200 people after a downpour wipes away their original festival location. Story goes that everyone is getting drunk from the Chateau open wine cellar, and playfully throwing each other in the pool throughout as the Dead play to the local yokels, fire brigade, village children, and a few lucky deadheads.

Dutch rock band Shocking Blue was at their peak in the '60s and '70s and gained major cross-Atlantic success. The band was founded in 1967 and is most known for their single 'Venus' (with which they became the first Dutch band ever to reach the first spot on the American Billboard Hot 100). The band had a series of subsequent hits and their influence reached well beyond their generation. Music On Vinyl proudly presents their legendary 'Scorpio's Dance' album as a 2024 remastered edition from the original 1970 mix by Robbie van Leeuwen. It includes no less than four bonus tracks that were not featured on the original LP: 'Send Me A Postcard,' 'Mighty Joe,' 'Hello Darkness' and 'Pickin' Tomatoes.' For an underground band, in their lifetime, The Fugs made impressive inroads into the media. A group comprising (but certainly not confined to) Ed Sanders, Tuli Kupferberg and drummer Ken Weaver, The Fugs were as garish and impassioned as the '60s themselves. Formed by poet Kupferberg and scholar/underground publisher Sanders, the band's origins were in the Greenwich Village of the mid '60s. By February 1967, founder member Ed Sanders had been on the cover of Life magazine, their friend and associate Allen Ginsberg had written their liner notes, and The Fugs been asked to perform on the Johnny Carson show. This boxset enhances the superior must-hear of the band at their freakiest, most avant-garde and headiest psychedelic garage set of the 60's. CD4 features these previously unreleased recordings from 1965. Also includes

The word 'legendary' is bandied around far too lazily and conveniently these days. But, in the case of Antisect: legendary is precisely what they are! As a band/collective, they sit right up there with other great names from the raging era of early '80s true 'anti-establishment' punk rock such as Discharge, Flux Of Pink Indians, Subhumans, Rudimentary Peni and even Crass, in terms of the impact they have had over the years. This, their debut album was released forty years ago in the paranoid year that was 1984. It is, without doubt, a classic combination of autonomous philosophy and hardcore thrash. But there is more to the album than just that. The Twerks started in Sesto San Giovanni, on the outskirts of Milan, in 2013, with members coming from previous bands of the same area. Largely influenced by the sound of '70s and '90s, they mix punk rock with power pop elements. Their first studio experience dates back to 2014, a six-song EP called 'Rat Race.' Two years later they released their first full-length, 'Kinky Boredom,' published by Rocketman Recordings on CD. After a two years hiatus and with a new line-up as a trio, they come back with a cassette-only release, '(No) Opinion,' full of guests from the Italian punk rock scene. 36 Crazyfists formed in 1994 in Nikiski, Alaska, and released their second studio album 'A Snow Capped Romance' in 2004 on Roadrunner Records. GLORIOUS BANKROBBERS - ROCK'N'ROLL CHURCH
Glorious Bankrobbers were formed in Stockholm in 1983 and the debut album was released in 1984 on Planet Records, produced by Kee Marcello (Easy Action and later Europe). But G.B. broke up soon after the release due to their manager, who sold all the promotion records in secondhand stores to get money for beer, so G.B. never got any reviews or radio airplay. Glorious Bankrobbers got together again and in 2007 they released the album 'The Glorious Sound Of Rock'n'Roll.' In April 2023 they made another comeback with the critically acclaimed album 'Back On The Road.' They have already recorded another album which is called 'Rock'n'Roll Church, which is out in Sept. 2024.'

GROZA - NADIR
2024 album. Groza ("storm", "terror") is a black metal band from Bavaria, Germany. Their sound is driven by emotion, anger and sadness, combining searing melodies, raging blast beats and melancholy induced clean guitar passages into a melodic, dynamic blend. Founded as a one-man project by singer/multi-instrumentalist P.G. in 2016, the band gradually grew towards a full band in the following two years, culminating in the self-release of their first effort - 'Unified In Void' (2018) - which almost instantly gained attention and interest, leading to the signing to AOP Records shortly after. After 3 years of writing and intense live activity followed the release of the second full length album 'The Redemptive End' (2021), that was met with critical acclaim and overwhelming reception of fans alike, entering #78 of the German album charts consequently.

Black vinyl, 350 copies! With just four compilation tracks and one 7" EP issued in the early 1980s, Hollow Ground did have a rather low profile at the time of the original New Wave Of British Heavy Metal. However, their first and only single 'Flying High' (issued on the collectable Guardian Records label) became an instant collector's item. Today copies with the scarce picture sleeve fetch rather insane prices. Before the release of the single Hollow Ground had recorded the four songs 'Rock On,' 'Fight With The Devil,' 'Flying High' and 'The Holy One' for the Guardian compilation album entitled 'Roksnax.' Hollow Ground carried on to record more material (such as 'Promised Land', 'Easy Action', 'Rock To Love' and 'Loser') but an album deal was not on the cards. As a result singer Glenn Coates left to join local rivals Fist. As a result, Hollow Ground split up in mid-1981. In comparism to some of the more conservative-sounding New Wave Of British Heavy Metal acts at the time (for example Fist), Hollow Ground did show a lot of promise.

Glorious Bankrobbers got together again and in 2007 they released the album 'The Glorious Sound Of Rock'n'Roll.' In April 2023 they made another comeback with the critically acclaimed album 'Back On The Road.' They have already recorded another album which is called 'Rock'n'Roll Church, which is out in Sept. 2024.'

2024 album. Groza ("storm", "terror") is a black metal band from Bavaria, Germany. Their sound is driven by emotion, anger and sadness, combining searing melodies, raging blast beats and melancholy induced clean guitar passages into a melodic, dynamic blend. Founded as a one-man project by singer/multi-instrumentalist P.G. in 2016, the band gradually grew towards a full band in the following two years, culminating in the self-release of their first effort - 'Unified In Void' (2018) - which almost instantly gained attention and interest, leading to the signing to AOP Records shortly after. CD contains 11 bonus tracks! With just four compilation tracks and one 7" EP issued in the early 1980s, Hollow Ground did have a rather low profile at the time of the original New Wave Of British Heavy Metal. However, their first and only single 'Flying High' (issued on the collectable Guardian Records label) became an instant collector's item. Today copies with the scarce picture sleeve fetch rather insane prices. Before the release of the single Hollow Ground had recorded the four songs 'Rock On,' 'Fight With The Devil,' 'Flying High' and 'The Holy One' for the Guardian compilation album entitled 'Roksnax.' Hollow Ground carried on to record more material (such as 'Promised Land', 'Easy Action', 'Rock To Love' and 'Loser') but an album deal was not on the cards. As a result singer Glenn Coates left to join local rivals Fist. As a result, Hollow Ground split up in mid-1981. In comparism to some of the more conservative-sounding New Wave Of British Heavy Metal acts at the time (for example Fist), Hollow Ground did show a lot of promise.

When we started this album the original intention was to cover Slayer's EP 'Haunting The Chapel' in its entirety. We started with 'Chemical Warfare' then went on to 'Haunting The Chapel' but once we got to 'Captor Of Sin' we realized that tune didn't want to be slowed down at all. So we started writing our own songs and I'm glad we did. The result is 'Rage And Ruin.' Two sides with Slayer songs in the middle bookended by Slower originals. We are super proud of this record and can't wait for you to hear it!! Mixed and mastered by the very talented Esben Willems."

'Much Afraid' is the second studio album by American Christian rock band Jars Of Clay and was released in 1997. Following the charting success of the band's debut album, 'Much Afraid' earned the band a Grammy Award for Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album. It debuted at #8 on the Billboard 200 and was certified Platinum. The album features the multi-instrumentalist Greg Wells, who went on to produce OneRepublic, Katy Perry, Pink, and Rufus Wainwright, playing drums and bass guitar on almost every song; he also co-wrote 'Tea And Sympathy' and the single 'Crazy Times.' The tracks 'Fade To Grey' and 'Frail' were both from the group's 1994 demo recording 'Frail.' All other tracks from that demo appeared on the debut album 'Jars Of Clay' in 1995. 'Much Afraid' is available as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on crystal clear vinyl.

'Santana 3' is an album of 'lasts'. It was the last album recorded with the original Woodstock-line up and the last to hit #1 in the Billboard charts until 1999's 'Supernatural.' But there are also a number of important 'firsts' on this album; Coke Escovedo joins in for the first time on percussion, as does Neal Schon (Journey) - who was a mere 17 of age when they recorded the album - on guitar. 'Santana 3' is viewed by many as the band's commercial and creative highpoint. After releasing his debut solo album 'Songs Of Innocence' in 2004, Steverlinck got where he needed to be with 'Night Prayer.' At the essence. No sumptuously packed arrangements. No technological gadgets or needless fuss. Not a single fashionable beat left or right. On 'Night Prayer,' it's all about songwriting in its purest form. No poetic metaphors, but straightforward lyrics and unapologetic emotions. Together with producer Jean Blaute he recorded 14 stripped down songs, which he all sang in one take. HOLOGRAM TEEN - DAY-GLO CHAOS
The '80s obsessed musician Hologram Teen (aka Morgane Lhote from Stereolab) is here with her third album release. It's her second full album to appear on vinyl. The warmer weather of LA enticed her though and you can hear its pulse in 'Day-Glo Chaos.' The album's thumping heart is pumped by the city's night sky and when asked she cites three particular albums as her favourites: the oddball analogue electro of Jacno's 1979 debut; John Carpenter's 'Escape From New York' and The B-52's 'Cosmic Thing.' There's also a strong nod to the playful computerised harmonies of Yellow Magic Orchestra whilst she's somewhat partial to the synth prog of Yes and Soft Machine.
Thoughout her work (but especially on this record) you can hear the influence of computer games. You'll also see and hear such influences on the lead single from the album 'Midnite Rogue' the video to which pays (im)perfect juddering homage to such arcade culture. Car tyres glued to sticky tarmac, French pop music lost in the air. The title was inspired by a Fighting Fantasy book which she adored as a kid. "I love the idea of this entity causing mischief during night time," she beams. It's not hard to see why. Released on pink vinyl.

Fifth album by Belgian's experimental electronic duo Suumhow.
The pair finds themselves pushing their digital grittiness to new heights on '5ilth' - experimenting with the limits of folding audio into analog video equipment. As the title suggests, the sonics on '5ilth' can be incredibly filthy, often recalling the pixelated equivalent of a sand storm or locust plague. These monolithic moments of clipping and swirling 1s and 0s give way to warmer flashes of analog respite, and in some cases, the clipping itself is somehow shimmeringly melodic. As with their previous efforts, '5ilth' does have its share of glitchy distorted beatwork that pushes and pulls the listener through the squall. It's a gratifying listen with equal parts: tribunal and reprieve and hold and release.
Released on transparent vinyl limited to 250 units.

For this appearance the renowned experimental musician and composer of the Oscar-winning film 'Drive My Car' was joined on drums by Tatsuhisa Yamamoto and Joe Talia, both members of the top-level improvisational/experimental scene in Tokyo. While in town for the festival, Ishibashi met up with the members of the Cologne-Berlin based group Von Spar who featured Ishibashi on their album 'Under Pressure'.
