The second album of The Fur is entitled 'Sonntag', which is German for 'Sunday'. This record marks a new step The Fur's songwriting, aiming at a mix between lengthy space voyages and the fast paced living on Earth. The sound is less raw which allows the songs to breath and is rich in subtile details. The spoken words throughout the album are set to guide the listener along the story of the birth of the universe, all the chaos, and down to human mind escaping back into the beyond in a ritualistic fashion. A never ending cycle of rebirth, chaos and transformation. Comes on clear, red and yellow splatter vinyl.
