Here we have the esteemed vibraphonist Cal Tjader leading five different all-star combos featuring among others Latin-groove masters Willie Bobo on drums and conga player Mongo Santamaria. A feast of rhythm based on torrid versions of classic tunes like 'Night In Tunisia' and a definitive version of Santamaria's 'Afro Blue.' This is Latin jazz at its best. Origininally released in 1962.
