Singer/songwriter Steve Knightley and multi-instrumentalist Phil Beer formed Show Of Hands in 1987 in Devon, southwest England. Up until 1991, Beer was still a member of the Albion Band, formed by Fairport Convention and Steeleye Span co-founder Ashley Hutchings, before becoming permanently associated with Knightley. From 1987 the two had produced a number of albums together, but these were only released on music cassettes. This CD brings a performance from the band recorded in Bremen, Germany.
