'Sol' was initially released in December 2016; composed and produced by Dutch composer Faber Horbach and now available for the first time on vinyl. 'SOL' is Sowulo's acoustic album, featuring unique acoustic compositions and renditions of older Sowulo material. With immersive songs, Sowulo celebrates our pagan legacy and takes on an inner spiritual journey. The lyrics and the music, created with (early) medieval and contemporary instruments combined with cinematic sounds and vocals, invoke archetypical wisdom and express the cyclical nature of existence.
