Su Akar

'Su Akar' (translated from Turkish: 'water flows') is AySay's debut full-length album. The folk trio from Denmark, comprising of singer Luna Ersahin, Aske Dossing Bendixen on percussion and Carl West Hosbond on guitar, have been inspired by band like Minor Empire and Altin Gun. This album sums up AySay's positive and hopeful approach to their music. With different languages and cultural influences the band tries to find a shared handle to hold on to in a world that way too often insists on ideas of nationality and identity.
