Originally dating back to 1992 and here issued in two versions, 'Strobelite Honey' leans heavily on a pair of 1980 disco samples and takes a somewhat less chivalrous approach to women. The slender but fun narrative sees rapper Dres up in the club and fooled by the lights - approaching a girl with appealing looks, but backing off when they reveal she's not what he expected.
