Nine Years Of Blood

Folk metal progenitors, Cruachan, are set to release their eigth album 'Nine Years of Blood'. This album brings to a close their "Trilogy of Blood" which began in 2011 with 'Blood on the Black Robe'. 'Nine Years of Blood' is a concept album detailing the epic war fought between Ireland and England from 1593 to 1603. Ireland lost the war but came so very close to victory. All of this - the heroes and villains on both sides, the battles won and lost - will be told with the most epic soundtrack: Bombastic Orchestral sections, Blistering Black Metal passages, Thrash Metal, Heavy Metal and lots of FOLK METAL!
