Offering some of the best heady disco funk from the glory days of the Miami's '70s soul scene, this smoking album is tight in the best possible way. featuring core funk energy mixed with strings and horns, the music has a funky club style, but never evolves into straight disco. Originally released by the obscure Dash label, now Obtala's self-titled work appears on CD.
