The Madcaps are a brand new garage-pop band hailing from Rennes, France, featuring members of other local bands Les Spadassins, Kaviar Special and Catfight. Much like The Frowning Clouds, Allah Las or the early Black Lips, The Madcaps sound is reminescent of mid-' 60s garage and pop music, yet firmly set in the present.
