First single by Brittany band Baston. Featuring members of 50 Miles from Vancouver (a cool now defunct band that also featured members of Les Spadassins and Sudden Death Of Star). 'Alamo' is a fuzzy glam-garage pop anthem, a great tune with a strong backbeat. The B-side 'Falklands' has also a nice appeal to indie-rock fans but it doesn't sound sloppy at all. 250 copies on black vinyl. File under garage/lo-fi/indie.
