Globe-trotting artist BODO MOLITOR may have been born in Germany, but he'll forever be associated with the psychedelic scene in Mexico. In addition to creating the zoomorphic art for his own bizarre album, he also designed the psychedelic sleeve for the LPs by Kaleidoscope, La Libre Expresion and his brother Reinhold. 'Hits Internacionales' has all the psychedelic delirium of the time and it's full of devastating fuzz and wacked out rhythms. And then there also is Bodo's raspy and savage voice that's truly impressive. Together with the Kaleidoscope-album, this probably is the most important release in the field of Mexican garage-psych.
