'Well Charged' is a compilation of tracks from Channel One, probably one of the most influential and productive labels to have ever emerged from Jamaica. Set up by the Hookim brothers in the early '70s, Channel One was to be as influential in that decade as Studio One was in the '60s. On this LP the featured artists include John Holt, Leroy Smart, I Roy, Creole, Wailing Souls and Earth & Stone.
