BACK IN PRINT! Here's an exact repro vinyl reissue of this excellent album, originally out in 1975. 'Check Me Out' is Lyn Collins' second -and final- solo album. During the 1970s she worked as a backing singer for a.o. James Brown, who produced some of her tracks. Many of her songs have been sampled by hip-hop artists and DJ's. Lyn Collins sadly died in 2005, but her music lives on. Among the tracks we find several lively James Brown covers and a fine version of the O'Jays-hit 'Backstabbers'.
