PSYCHEDELIC/PROGRESSIVE/FOLK

BIRTH - LIVE IN TUCSON (LP/CARDINAL FUZZ)

Birth is the project of Grant Beyachau and Nik Rayne from The Myrrors who performed as Birth for this live improvisational performance in Tucson (USA). The performance was captured onto a handheld recorder (you can hear instrument leads buzz and cut out for a second here and there as things start up) as Birth, seated on the floor, journey towards a state of transcendence in front of a small but appreciative audience. Taking cues from Terry Riley, LaMonte Young as well as Spacemen 3 ('Dreamweapon'), minimalist artists who offer no concessions to the listener except to surrender yourself to the drone. Grant creates swirling cyclic passages via analogue synthesizer and tape machine loops as Nik conjures subliminal notes via guitar and space echo. Over 25 minutes they create an experience of devotional music influenced by Middle Eastern and Sufism cultures, as notes bleed and swirl together in a lysergic haze. Its fluidity is its greatest strength as the piece offers no navigation points - all they ask is that through a mixture of drone, repetition and simple melodies that you surrender yourself to the trance-like and hallucinatory delirium created. It is captivating. 'Live In Tucson' is a one off 300 pressing - all black vinyl. Housed in a 350gsm sleeve and given a private press like presentation via the sleeve and labels. Download code included.

COWBOYS & ALIENS - HORSES OF REBELLION (LP/POLDERRECORDS)

Cowboys & Aliens is a four-piece stoner rock band from Bruges, Belgium. After a period of hiatus, the band reunited in the original line-up and they return with their fifth full album: 'Horses Of Rebellion', an album that displays their passion and craftsmanship through heartfelt songs. The band balances sharp riffs with heavy grooves and uncompromising energy.

DANDELION - OLD HABITS AND NEW WAYS OF THE DANDELION (LP/BLACKSPIN)

With a sonic style that swirls effortlessly inside a generous melding of warm psych-folk, explosive garage psych and entrancingly fuzzy sixties sounding musings (or retro-psych as the kids like to call it these days), The Dandelion began life as a solo project by The Dolly Rocker Movement frontman, Daniel J. Poulter, eventually releasing it's debut long player back in 2013. Shortly after the release however, Poulter walked out and the super talented Nathalie de Silver took over songwriting duties, subsequently releasing some impressive collections of music alongside a revolving door of live musicians. 'Old Habits And New Ways Of The Dandelion' begins tumbling in a haze of instrumental drones, military style drumming and the unmistakable pull of wind instrumentation as 'Garden Of Yi' opens up into a kaleidoscope of sonic colour spinning in kind of psychedelic surf rock tinge. Swells of electric organ and the pitter patter of reverb cushion de Silver's luscious vocalisations throughout as tingling slide guitar and those melodic incantations ebb and flow. Limited to 350 copies.

DEAD ENDS - DISTANT SHORES (BLACK) (LP/SOUND EFFECT)

On this second album The Dead Ends explore the late '60s/early '70s, blending psychedelic and early progressive rock sounds with a strong contemporary feel. Guitar riffs and hammond melodies dance on groovie/punchy percussion and basslines, whereas, they often make way to the polyphonic vocals of the band and the bucolic woodwinds of Dimitris. 'Distant Shores' talks about modern society problems and how to overcome these, putting all egos aside. Reminiscing the past and paving the future, The Dead Ends praise universal love in a record to be remembered for years.

DEAD SEA APES - THE FREE FRONTIER (2LP) (LP/CARDINAL FUZZ)

Following the dub-inspired 'Sixth Side Of The Pentagon', retrospective 'Recondite' and Adam Stone collaboration 'Warheads', this album by Dead Sea Apes is their darkest, moodiest work to date, their characteristic unfolding instrumentals now cast in lonesome drones and haunted atmospherics. Taking shape in the shadows over the past several years, 'The Free Territory' brings Dead Sea Apes' more experimental and introspective aspects to light. Dysmorphic loops, evolving textures and improvisations are suffused with the hiss of old tape decks and analogue effects, and adherence to the default guitar/bass/drums setup is strictly optional. It also represents a transitional phase for the group, having been partly recorded with departing bassist Nick Harris. More recently, Nik Rayne of The Myrrors dropped in on a winter sojourn to the UK, not only guesting on two tracks but also creating the beautifully detailed copier collage sleeve art. Never ones to retrace their steps or be steered by voguish reference points, Dead Sea Apes here find themselves at unfamiliar co-ordinates with only their instincts for guidance. 'The Free Territory' is both spatial and claustrophobic, massive yet weightless, grounded yet in constant motion; timeless yet reflecting and resonating with the age.

DREAMTIME - TIDAL MIND (LP/CARDINAL FUZZ)

The long awaited fourth full length LP from Brisbane astral travelers Dreamtime. Channelling distant echoes of krautrock masters into not only the sounds created but their approach towards recording spontaneous thoughts, feelings and jams; Kosmic music runs deeply in the veins of these five musicians.

FROZEN PLANET.... 1969 - (BLACK) MELTDOWN ON THE HORIZON (LP/HEADSPIN)

Frozen Planet.... 1969 are back! Back after about only half a year since their quirky 'The Heavy Medicinal Grand Exposition' album. This time there's a meltdown on the horizon!! Album number seven from the trio kicks straight into top gear with the twenty two and-a-half minute track 'Rollback'. The guitar sets the pace, and the bass and drums soon join in for another improvised, instrumental voyage. The heavy psych vibe carries strongly through this album over the three remaining tracks 'Bellhop Shindig', 'Dandy Chai' and 'Sunset Variations'. There's contrasting moments of wild solos and sound effects through to passages where the band will lock in on a groove. Once again, drummer Frank Attard is handling production duties at Frank Street, joined by guitarist Paul and bassist Lachlan, who bring along their collection of crazy sounds to help complete the process. 'Meltdown On The Horizon' is yet again another album that shows Frozen Planet.... 1969 love jamming and experimenting with sound and, with the consistent output of material, may well continue doing so until 2069.

JAMES, SUSAN - SEA GLASS (LP/SUNSTONE)

By her own description, the music on Susan James' 2015 album 'Sea Glass' (originally self released on Susan James Music on CD only) is "postmodern folk-rock," which is as good a way as any to delineate how the L.A.-based singer-songwriter casts aside the more obviously American roots-tinged colors and melodies of her previous work for an almost (but not quite) baroquely ornate, new-pop tapestry. It marks a new and logical creative course for her... a highly accessible one, too. If you dig Joni, Judee Sill, High Llamas and Nancy Priddy then this is your thing for sure.

LAMP OF THE UNIVERSE - THE COSMIC UNION (2LP) (LP/KRAUTED MIND)

Lamp Of The Universe is a solo project by Craig Williamson, who was the vocalist, lyricist and bass player in the mighty Datura, but this is the total opposite of that group's full-on rock overload. 'The Cosmic Union' is an incense drenched mellow groove of an album, with sitars, tablas, flute, keyboards, spacious guitar and stoned trancy drumming. The authentic eastern flavoured '60s sound is comparable to Dead Flowers, Saddar Bazaar and Tangle Edge, combined with the hypnotic groove of Spacemen 3 abd the spacier moments of Porcupine Tree. The perfect, opium-hazed soundtrack to those "quiet nights in". This 2019 version includes unreleased tracks and demos and is limited to 200 copies on black vinyl.

MANCO, BARIS - ISTE BARIS ISTE MANCO (LP/TÜRKÜOLA)

Türküola presents another Baris Manço compilation which gives a full retrospective of the best years of the Turkish psychedelic rock legend. The compilation focuses on the 1967-1971 era of Manço, which are mainly considered as the psychedelic years when the typical Anatolian pop sound was evolving and Manço was more a rocker than a semi-conservative pop folk singer of the neo-Ottoman aura. On the compilation we hear his works with his bands Les Mistigris, Kaygisizlar, Etc and Mogollar.

MYRRORS - CURVED ENTRANCES (LP/CARDINAL FUZZ)

'Curved Entrances' is a dip into the archives of those shamans from Tucson, The Myrrors. Two tracks totalling over 30 minutes recorded back in the winter months of 2014 at the first rehearsal with guitar wizard Conner Gallaher on board (joining Nik Rayne on 12 string and Grant Beyachau on drums). Whatever spiritual incantations were placed before this rehearsal no-one can no longer remember but these two recordings stand as a testament that something very special was happening that night. This is psychedelia of the cosmic/kommune vibe as the trio strike up from an earthy hypnotic opening refrain until they hit a shamanistic ecstatic state that is both spellbinding and enrapturing. A band playing in their own space and caught under their own spell of improvisation that takes both band and the listener on a sonic nirvana as The Myrrors open your mind via the power of amplification and elevation.

NEBULA - HOLY SHIT (BLACK) (LP/HEAVY PSYCH SOUNDS)

22 years after their first release and 10 years after their last album, Nebula are back. And you're thinking "Holy shit!" right now, you pretty much nailed it. 'Holy Shit' is Nebula's first LP since 2009's 'Heavy Psych', and it quickly puts to rest the question that's loomed since guitarist/vocalist Eddie Glass, bassist Tom Davies and drummer Michael Amster announced the band's reformation in 2017. Nebula are still Nebula. It's there in the inimitable space-grunge of 'It's all Over,' or the take-a-drag-and-be-gone 'Let's Get Lost,' or the way 'Tomorrow Never Comes' manages to be so, so heavy and laid back at the same time. It's in the paradise-psych of 'Gates Of Eden' and even the snoring you hear before the devilish 'Man's Best Friend' kicks in to open the album (the studio couch became a crash spot). Since the days of 1998's 'Let It Burn' EP and the now-classic 'To The Center' debut album, Nebula have always been just a little more dangerous. Just a little more unhinged. 'Holy Shit' shows this front-to-back for the essential part of their character it is, and yet it's not trying to be anything they've done before, whether it's those early outings or 'Heavy Psych' or 'Charged' (2001), 'Apollo' (2003) or 'Atomic Ritual' (2005). It's a sixth Nebula album -- something for which even the most ardent of fans could hardly have hoped.

SABBATH ASSEMBLY - A LETTER OF RED (BLACK) (LP/SVART)

'A Letter Of Red' is the seventh album from Sabbath Assembly. The album, produced by Randall Dunn who last worked with the band on their debut 'Restored To One', marks a return to the shortened song form and tight production of their debut, while demonstrating ten years of songwriting prowess and lyrical advancement. The music on 'A Letter Of Red' owes more to the galloping hard rock of the '70s than the progressive meanderings of 'Rites Of Passage'. Dunn explains: "I tried to find the teenage occult heart of each of the musicians and center them in a place of unity around a familiar and yet futuristic sound. I imagined us all in the cosmos with '70s hi-fi headphones on riding a great winged beast airbrushed on the side of a chevy van."

SKIFTING - LYSET FRA STAMMEN (LP/UNDERKLANG MUSIC)

Danish psych, rocking earth and space alike. Skifting recalls the wide panoramic horizons of kraut, and the psychedelic bump of Baby Woodrose and the Black Angels. Skifting is one of the Danish bands who have shown that they sonically master guitardriven psychedelic rock music. Skifting stands out by alternating between heavy rock riffs and beautiful chaotic explosions that unpredictably rains down through the music. Add to that a Manchester oriented bassist, and a prog-metal drummer and listen up.

THREE DIMENSIONAL TANX - A COMPULSION FOR PROPULSION (LP/SUNSTONE)

Three Dimensional Tanx (3D Tanx) from Lancaster, England play high-energy garage-rock with hints of psych, krautrock and both proto and post-punk. Buzzcocks go Neu! or Stereolab at the wrong speed! Their fifth album features 15 tracks in less than 40 minutes, there are two free-form psychedelic jams at the end of each side of the album. Elsewhere, short, infectious stabs of pop-inflected modern garage-rock abound. Stripped back to a 4-piece for this album (guitarist Pete is on sabbatical playing with Crass legend Steve Ignorant), everything is tight-but-loose. Largely live in sound, the songs are occasionally fleshed out with additional analogue synths, and acoustic piano. Highlights include opener 'His Latest Apparatus' with hints of Neu!, Wire, Devo, the VU-meets-Can-inflected reverie of 'Dwam', and the Syd Barrett-era Pink Floyd-esque 'Racing Car #9'. Elsewhere, the rhythms are taut, and almost breathlessly relentless. It's a speedy trip.

CAN AM DES PUIG - THE BOOK OF AM PART I~IV (3CD BOX) (CD/G.O.D. RECORDS)

'The Book Of Am' is a unique combination of recordings and artwork, a testament of the hippie scene which flourished in the Balearic islands during the '70s. Known to record collectors and psych/folk/prog music aficionados, this multicultural project, formed on the island of Mallorca, recorded a beautiful album which has gained cult status as years passed by. For the first time, the four parts, recorded between 1978 and 2012, are put together as one project with extra 7 bonus songs! 3CD issue including a 152 pages book of art on high quality paper all in a handmade wooden box. The reissue will be limited to 300 boxes worldwide. Only a handful available, so be fast!

COWBOYS & ALIENS - HORSES OF REBELLION (CD/POLDERRECORDS)

Cowboys & Aliens is a four-piece stoner rock band from Bruges, Belgium. After a period of hiatus, the band reunited in the original line-up and they return with their fifth full album: 'Horses Of Rebellion', an album that displays their passion and craftsmanship through heartfelt songs. The band balances sharp riffs with heavy grooves and uncompromising energy.

DEAD ENDS - DISTANT SHORES (CD/SOUND EFFECT)

On this second album The Dead Ends explore the late '60s/early '70s, blending psychedelic and early progressive rock sounds with a strong contemporary feel. Guitar riffs and hammond melodies dance on groovie/punchy percussion and basslines, whereas, they often make way to the polyphonic vocals of the band and the bucolic woodwinds of Dimitris. 'Distant Shores' talks about modern society problems and how to overcome these, putting all egos aside. Reminiscing the past and paving the future, The Dead Ends praise universal love in a record to be remembered for years.

GOLDKANTE - NATURE'S MIND (CD/CLOSTRIDIUM)

Goldkante take the listener on a musical journey, created from monthly jam sessions. No one sings you the story, it starts in your head! Limited to 300 copies in digipack.

KANOI & KRPL - STEALTH CHICKEN (CD/CLOSTRIDIUM)

Named after a character from an obscure German pulp fiction magazine, Kanoi is Benjamin Kantschieder's take on music influenced by the mindset of '70s space rock, his record collection and love for sonic experimentation. KRPL are a heavy instruMental band from Graz, Austria. Together they released a double album of improvised music in 2016 called 'Das Blutige Samenkorn'. 'Stealth Chicken', the second album by Kanoi and KRPL, again consists of 3 completely improvised tracks (this time even including brass instrumentation on one of them) and delivers about 40 minutes of new, spacey music. Limited to 300 copies in digipack.

KATIE KRUEL - THE RISE AND FALL OF CANNIBAL PLANET (CD/SEJA)

Something edgy, raw and unpolished was added to the roster of incredible Seja bands! Katie Kruel is stoner, sludge, psychedelic, goth... you may call it doom if you are sensitive to it. Not much electronics here, but it corresponds to the label's vision of music and how it should sound. Katie Kruel was founded by Nathalie Houtermans and Hans Dirksen-Smits, who previously worked together in the occult noise band The Bride (Stripped Bare). Completed with the rhytm section of underground band Spasmodique, they debuted with a first album in 2013. Due to the re-establishment of Spasmodique, the rhythm section was replaced. With the latest acquisitions, Martin Kooij (ex-Asrai, Vanity 4) and multi-instrumentalist Jacob van der Linden on drums, a new era has arrived for Katie Kruel. With an even stronger and more penetrating sound.

MAD TIMOTHY - A VERY SNUG JOINER (CD/GEAR FAB)

An obscure and virtually unknown blues-psych demo-LP, recorded in the late '60s or early '70s by a (possibly Chicago-based) band called Mad Timothy, finally sees its first ever official CD-release. Apparantly no one knows who these guys were, but the music is awesome and much in the vein of a.o. Blue Cheer, Majic Ship, Mount Rushmore, Houston Fearless, Apryl Fool, Sweet Slag, Mutzie, Aum, Screw, or a wasted teenage Canned Heat.

PUB CERENKOV - PUB CERENKOV (CD/CLOSTRIDIUM)

Pub Cerenkov stands for epic improvised jams, labeled as night-sessions. Here are 5 sessions collected on 1 CD, limited to 300 copies in digipack.

GARAGE/BEAT/SURF/ROCK’N’ROLL

ESCAPE-ISM - BODYSNATCHER (BLACK) (7"/WAAGHALS)

With his band Escape-ism, garage punk musician, author, actor, interviewer Ian Svenonius (the Make-Up, Chain & the Gang) takes rock'n'roll back to the core. With a drum computer as a heartbeat, weird samples and a dangerously rattling fuzz guitar, he lures you into his universe as a fortune teller. B/w the exclusive track 'Where Does One Kiss End...'. Limited to 150 copies on black vinyl.

GOODCOOPER|BADCOOPER - FASE/BAIL OUT THE BANBKS (7"/SOUNDUNBOUND RECORDS)

From the East Netherlands underground comes the producing DJ duo GOODCOOPER|BADCOOPER with their genre defying debut single. Side A is a trippy piece of alternative trap, while noisy B Side 'Bail Out The Banks' has the rawness of garage punk channeled through synthesizers. It has cynical lyrics criticizing bailing out banks.

LAS MEDICINAS - DONDE ESTAS GUADELOUPE/DAME LA AHORA (7"/SOUNDUNBOUND RECORDS)

They say they are from Mexico, but they are all wearing masks. Side A is a nice piece of electronica weirdness, fused with cumbia style rhythms. Side B sounds like Meridian Brothers jamming with Dick Dale, a great slab of synthy surfrock.

POP/ROCK/WAVE/NOISE

NO WOW - SORRIES/I O U NOTHING902 (7"/SOUNDUNBOUND RECORDS)

This bassless Dutch/German trio makes heartfeld indiepop with a rough edge. 'Sorries' is a beautiful long piece of guitars circling around the fascinating vocals by singer Stella Polaris. 'I O U Nothing' is a short and noisey punch in the face, screaming frustration.

PUNK/HARDCORE

MEDIA - JUMP DOWN (7"/LOVE CHILD)

The Media were a Portsmouth band formed in 1978, influenced by the UK punk explosion of 1977. The Media played loads of shows, honed their '60s beat meets '70s street/seminal suburban songs, got a bit good, built a large following, released two singles and by 1980 were featured in a youth TV series called 'Going Out'. What could possibly go wrong? Their debut EP 'No Darling I Love The Media' appeared in 1978 on their own Tearaway Records (Cherry Red Records distributed it). A second single, 'Southcoast City Rockers' and 'Back On The Beach' came out the following year on the Portsmouth collective Brain Booster Records. The single showed the band moving on musically, taking in elements of the UK's emerging ska scene (led by The Specials' Two Tone label) and the Mod revival inspired by The Jam. On the back of the money they were paid for the 'Going Out' TV series, the band went in the studio with the aim of recording songs for an album - 9 songs were completed. But, trouble at one of their support slots led to the cancellation of a series of gigs, including a prominent London show, and the band split in 1981. Fast forward 37 years and the master tapes from that album session were found by a band member in their loft. On the advice of Acid Attack's Dave Clarke the tape is sent to Paul Orwell at Love Child Records, who in turn played it to Adam Cooper of parent company Heavy Soul Records, both of these uber music fans gave it a massive thumbs up. Love Child Records set about restoring the 9 track tapes and transferring them to files. Talk immediately turned to releasing a single and album... and then a possible reunion show. The first 7" vinyl single from this session, 'Jump Down'/'How Could You Lie' comes 40 years after release of first Media EP!

METAL/STONER/HARDROCK

DARK HERESY - (BLACK) ABSTRACT PRINCIPLES TAKEN TO... (2LP) (LP/SVART)

...THEIR LOGICAL EXTREMES' - A hidden gem from the '90s underground, Dark Heresy's 'Abstract Principles Taken To Their Logical Extremes' was an album way ahead of its time. Carefully restored, remastered and immortalised for vinyl and digital by Jaime Gomez Arellano (Ghost, Paradise Lost, Cathedral), and released by Svart Records in collaboration with Secret Trees, the label imprint run by Mat McNerney (Grave Pleasures/Hexvessel). Wildly heavy, yet eclectic blackened death metal with intricate and extraordinary lyrics, acoustic passages and beautifully soaring vocals, all recorded live on analogue tape. Dark Heresy released this, their one and only album on a Greek label and then disappeared off the map, with no reissues and only some badly transferred Youtube clips of their CD release floating around the internet, for death metal archivists and fanatics to marvel over. For those in the know, this album has been an obscure treasure and has now been unearthed and preserved on heavy wax in the way it had always meant to be presented. The album comes with band interviews, liner notes and lyrics, furnished in a lush booklet along with a collection of old gig flyers and never before seen photographs of the band.

DOOMSTRESS - SLEEP AMONG THE DEAD (LP/DHU RECORDS)

'Sleep Among The Dead' was recorded amid the hectic and tense live touring schedule in 2018, and that intensity and raw energy you will hear and feel as you press play on this. Comes on oxblood with silver splatter coloured vinyl.

ELECTRONIC MUSIC/AMBIENT/D’N’B/TRIPHOP

M1NK - EM ONE EN KAY (+CD) (LP/SEJA)

M1nk (pronounced 'em one en kay') is a duo based in Manchester, UK and Athens, Greece. Erika Bach (a.k.a. Lola Demo) comes from a more garage rock background with some electronic influences in her productions. Her haunting voice and edgy trash ethic sometimes reminds us of a less hopeful Patti Smith. Barry Snaith (a.k.a. The Inconsistent Jukebox) moves effortlessly between genres, his productions encompassing everything from acerbic alt-pop and industrial soundscapes to French cabaret and dubstep. Together as m1nk they make dark, gothic, electronic soundscapes. They are very distinctive, yet hard to define. Barry's influences include Bernard Herrmann, David Lynch, Francis Bacon, Robert Fripp, Captain Beefheart and Dali. Erika is inspired by stormy days, a little pain and ugliness, human kindness and bewilderment. For fans of Savages, Portishead, David Lynch, The Bad Seeds, Sigur Ros, Radiohead, Alt J.

SOUNDTRACKS/LOUNGE/CULT ETC

BUSONI, UGO/GERARDO IACOUCCI - RULLIO/VIOLENZA (7"/FOUR FLIES)

The ultimate Italian library breakbeat: wicked synths, and cosmic electronic effects, marks the experimental hip hop beats of 'Rullio' by Ugo Busoni, sourced from the 'Valvole' LP on the Nuova Idea label. On the flip side, one will find another rhythmic banger, 'Violenza' by Gerardo Iacoucci, taken from 'L'Avventura N. 2', a psychedelic b-boy break with heavy bassline and percussive piano, echoing an urban soundscape full of drama and suspense.

CASA, DANIELA/REMIGIO DUCROS - BATERASSO/CANOTTAGGIO (7"/FOUR FLIES)

Two great tracks full of crazy breaks and ready to sample. 'Baterasso' by Daniela Casa is a drum and bass funk banger. A pure gem enhanced with insane hand clapping. On the flip side is 'Canottaggio' by Remigio Ducros, the best funk tune from the 'Lo Sport' double LP, an enthralling and totally infectious beat.

FERRARA, PAOLO - AFROTHEME/PERCUSSION BLUES (7"/FOUR FLIES)

Two crazy rhythmic cuts by Paolo Ferrara, sourced from the super-rare library LP 'Ritmico' on Flower Records. 'Afrotheme' is a deep Afro-jazz funky track with powerful bass lines, hot percussion, and psychedelic wah-wah guitars. 'Percussion Blues' on the flip side blends African and Brazilian sounds with a unique samba groove, and a Fender Rhodes which is the icing on the cake.

MONTANARI, PIERO/ROBERTO CONRADO - PROPERLY/ACROMATIC (7"/FOUR FLIES)

The wildest track off the legendary 'Bass Modulations' LP from Octopus Records, 'Properly' by bass player and composer Piero Montanari, is an Afro-rock banger with amazing percussion, drum breaks, and fuzz guitars. On the other side you get 'Acromatic' by drummer Roberto Conrado, a funky mid-tempo number driven by guitar riffs and a wonderful prog flute solo. Two terrific beats targeted for your psychedelic dancefloor.

GRANO, ROMOLO -& GIANNI ODDI- - LE MONTAGNE DELLA LUCE (12"/FOUR FLIES)

Amazing Afro-cinematic funk 12", perfect for DJs, with 3 previously unreleased cuts, featuring Edda Dell'Orso scat vocals, Oscar Valdambrini's trumpet and Gianni Oddi's funky arrangements. Groovy basslines, dreamy electronics and percussions. A must-have!

BACHELET, PIERRE - COUP DE TETE O.S.T. (LP/LE POP CLUB)

Soundtrack to 'Coup De Tete', a movie about a football player who has to cope with life in a small provincial village. In the past, Pierre Bachelet has composed a great number of soundtracks, including 'Emmanuelle', 'Histoire d'O' and 'Gwendoline'. He also recorded for the Resonance project, which has been an inspiration for Daft Punk.
