Prompt reissue of the only album released by The Aggregation, a Los Angeles psych rock combo, who licensed the album on LHI - Lee Hazlewood's company - back in 1969. The story goes like that: the band used to perform cover songs at Disneyland attraction park but also produced a bunch of originals to get along with Disney rides and exhibits. Hence their concept album in which "funhouse" is a metaphor for exploring the brain frontiers. A must have!

AUNT MARY - JANUS
Aunt Mary was a prog rock band formed in Fredrikstad, Ostfold in Norway in the early '70s. They signed a contract with Polydor in Denmark to release 'Aunt Mary' in 1970. The group gradually moved towards progressive rock with the records 'Loaded' in 1972 and 'Janus' in 1973. In the spring of 1973, during the preparations of their third album, Svein and Bjorn decided to take their music even further and spent months together writing for what they wanted to be the band's international album. The music was more prog-orientated than its predecessor. Fans and critics would later compare it to Pink Floyd, King Crimson or even a psychedelic version of The Beatles! In June 1973, the band entered the studio. But its members were so tired of life on the road that they decided to cut the album, do the launch tour and then split up. Knowing that this album was "their swansong," they really did their best to make it shine. The band spent so much time recording that the producer, Svein Robert Ludviksen, almost lost his job. But the album turned out to be what the band would consider "the best of their career."

The debut album by the Boston psychedelic power trio, originally released in 1968 on ABC Records. The album consists of a rather awesome mix of Jimi Hendrix inspired heavy guitar rockers, peppered with smoother, jazzy crooners. The standout track on the record is the epic 'Just Let Go,' with her jazzy nightclub feel, turning soon into a guitar laden Eastern psychedelic jam. An authentic cult album finally unleashed again!

More than a single cult, the sole album by Swedish combo Harvester was released as a sort of private press on the small Decibel Records. A magical blend of folk and psychedelic rock, 'Hemåt' was published in 1969. With some extra-rock elements like cello, fiddle and even spare horns, the record is a beautiful and magical ritual. The band eventually morphed into Träd, Gräs Och Stenar.

LITTLE STORPING IN THE SWUFF - BAROQUE ANXIETIES
Named after a fictional town from an episode of the cult '60s British TV spy series 'The Avengers,' Little Storping In The Swuff was unveiled in 2023 as the new musical vehicle for Rochester based songwriter David Goggin. 'Baroque Anxieties' is the debut album. Prior to Little Storping In The Swuff, David Goggin was the creative force behind Medway pysch-pop outfit Brigadier Ambrose, once described by Huw Stephens as 'the greatest thing to ever come out of Chatham.' Brigadier Ambrose released a series of '60s psych influenced singles and an album in the late '00s to widespread Radio One, Radio Two and BBC 6 Music airplay, and performed at various festivals like Latitude and with BBC Introducing during that period. Goggin also went on to form the short-lived cinematic London band Vlks, described in The Guardian's band of the day column as "promisingly miserabilist elegiac melodrama." Little Storping In The Swuff is the strange English town where Goggin's previous artistic outputs appear to meet. 'Baroque Anxieties' is eleven psych-chamber pop songs about life's most stupidly incredible mundanities. It was recorded and co-produced with Jim Riley at Ranscombe Studios in Kent, Goggin performing most of the instruments himself with a supporting cast of friends on backing vocals, violin, cello and trumpet duties. The songs take in Syd Barrett-esque grumbles about show-offs ('A Little Bit Bored') and barbecues ('Prickly David'), '60s spy music meets horror film strings soundtracking Goggin's fear of performing ('Oh God What Now'), his fear of leaving parties ('French Exit'), and his fear of stomach bugs ('Ballade De Maladie'), and a closing showtune about growing old ('Under The Night Sky'). Limited to 300 copies.

Debut album by Korean psychedelic fuzz masters and the perfect introduction to Sanullim's unique world. Formed in the early '70s by the three Kim brothers while they were still in University, Sanullim managed to release their first album in 1977 despite censorship, misunderstanding from their record company and rudimentary recording techniques problems. Fuelled by piercing psychedelic fuzz guitars, Farfisa styled garage organ, keyboards and sweet melodies, the created a very unique sound, unheard in Korea at the time. Including some of their most iconic songs like 'Already Now' and 'Likely Late Summer' (famous for its inclusion on the 'Love, Peace & Poetry' series.

The Gathering were true pioneers, opening doors not only for themselves but also for other Dutch bands such as Within Temptation, After Forever, Epica, Kingfisher Sky, Nemesea, and Delain. In retrospect, their influence extended globally, inspiring acts like the predominantly Norwegian Nightwish, the American Evanescence, and the Italian Lacuna Coil. Above all, The Gathering's debut album is a unique masterpiece, characterized by well-constructed songs and clever arrangements. Upon its release, the album received rave reviews, leading to global commercial success. 'Always...' firmly established The Gathering as the leading band in the flourishing Dutch metal scene of the early '90s. Released on June 9th 1992, 'Always...' by The Gathering is one of the rare albums in metal that turned out to be a game-changer. On the debut album, the young Dutch band blended doom and death metal with prominent keyboard parts. It featured female vocals in an era when the metal scene was still a male-dominated environment. The album showcased how heavy sounds could be enriched by diverse musical influences. Consequently, 'Always...' laid the foundation for subgenres like gothic metal, often referred to as female-fronted metal or what is now recognized as progressive metal - a term commonly used today. The Gathering were true pioneers, opening doors not only for themselves but also for other Dutch bands such as Within Temptation, After Forever, Epica, Kingfisher Sky, Nemesea, and Delain. In retrospect, their influence extended globally, inspiring acts like the predominantly Norwegian Nightwish, the American Evanescence, and the Italian Lacuna Coil. Above all, The Gathering's debut album is a unique masterpiece, characterized by well-constructed songs and clever arrangements. Upon its release, the album received rave reviews, leading to global commercial success. 'Always...' firmly established The Gathering as the leading band in the flourishing Dutch metal scene of the early '90s. Following the album's release, the band embarked on a remarkable journey, touring alongside Paradise Lost, performing for a massive crowd of 8,000 while opening for Faith No More, and receiving invitations to perform in Israel. All these achievements were realized by a group of mostly teenagers who still lived with their parents and were expected to attend school every day.
